For 45 Years MD has been building quality central vacuums. We’ve always been concerned with filtration and thus our warranty returns have really been kept to a minimum.

Based upon this data we now have greatly extended our warranty on our built-in vacuums because we know that they will last for much longer than we anticipated.

We used to have a 3 year warranty that was extendable to 6-years if the motor brushes were inspected.  Rarely have the units required changing the brushes at the 3-year mark so we figured we should just make it 6-years and blow the rest of the industry out! 

True, some companies might offer a “Lifetime” warranty but read the fine print!  It does not cover “wear and tear” and it is non-transferrable.  Basically they are betting on the fact that you will move every few years!

MD has also now doubled the length of our hose warranty and we have upped the Stealth Warranty completely including a Lifetime Warranty on the belt.

You can’t beat that!
