The 2010 CEDIA Trade Show in Atlanta was a huge success for MD Manufacturing which is quite an accomplishment given the emphasis and size of the venue. This cutting edge electronics show draws a worldwide audience and previews the very latest custom installation technology in home theater, audio and video, lighting and environmental controls, home networking and automation, security and more. As these technologies evolve and become progressively more complex, there has become a clear distinction in just how simple and profitable a central vacuum installation is. In fact, that was our central vacuum theme this year, “It’s That Simple”. To illustrate the point we had a miniature model home professionally created that featured central vacuum pipe to show an installation. MD also exhibited a stud wall to illustrate how simple it is to install central vacuum inlets in both new construction and existing homes. CEDIA show attendees loved the simplicity! More importantly, they made the connection of central vacuums being a logical and complimentary built-in product offering and how such can add value to and increase their overall business. Central vacuums are truly that simple and profitable for installers and for homeowners who benefit from using them!
